Art Show

So, I auditioned for a juried show called "Something Hot" thats going to run for almost the whole month of August at Gallery 222 in Leesburg. I submitted my Fire Vessel that you can see here on DA. This is the first show I have ever auditioned for as a professional artist.

I GOT IN!!!

Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So the reception is this Friday at 6pm during the First Friday thing that Leesburg does. Im so excited! Only downside is I had to put it up for sale to be in the show. So i made it more expensive than I think it should be cuz I love the thing so much-I dont really want to part with it. that the problem with me and my art--i always get emotioally attached and dont wanna sell it!

anyhow just wanted to share that with the probably 3 people who read my Journal.
